Additionally, since USPS is not shipping to Australia, shipping rates to Australia/NZ are extremely high - for this reason, we have to charge more to ship there.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days from the time of your order being placed, depending on the volume of orders we receive and excluding pre-sale items. If your order contains any pre-sale items, it will ship all together once all pre-sale items are in stock. Please allow at least 4 weeks for pre-sale items to be shipped.
Once a shipment has been entered into the mail flow, you will receive an email with all tracking information provided. At that point, Hermetika is no longer responsible for said shipment or any damages incurred. All inquiries must be taken up by the customer with UPS or USPS.
We apologize but we do not accept returns. If you would like to change the size of an item of clothing, you must ship the item back to us. Once received we will arrange to send out an alternate size. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Any exchanged items must be in Like New condition.
In the event that your package is undeliverable and is returned to us you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. Please make sure your address is correct when your order is placed. If your order has been marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it please contact UPS or USPS directly.
For all customers ordering from outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.

The EU has implemented new VAT regulations as of July 2021 and is now requiring this tax on all items shipped into any EU countries. These items will deliver DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that upon arrival to your country's customs, the fees associated with VAT will be unpaid. Customs will contact you and require you to pay these fees yourself before they give you the package. According to the internet, these fees are typically around 20% of the total value of the items shipped combined with the shipping cost (but it can vary).
Please understand that if you are ordering from the EU, you will be charged additional fees by customs when the package arrives in your country.
