Please note per company policy Hermetika is not responsible for items once they have been accepted into the mailflow.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days from the time of your order being placed, depending on the volume of orders we receive and excluding pre-sale items. If your order does contain any pre-sale items, it will ship all together once all pre-sale items are in stock. Please allow at least 4 weeks for pre-sale items to be shipped.
We apologize but we do not accept returns. If you would like to change the size of an item of clothing, you must ship the item back to us. Once received we will arrange to send out an alternate size. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Any exchanged items must be in Like New condition.
In the event that your package is undeliverable and is returned to us you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. Please make sure your address is correct when your order is placed. If your order has been marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it please contact USPS directly
Once a shipment has been entered into the mail flow, Hermetika is no longer responsible for said shipment or any damages incurred. All inquiries must be taken up by the customer with USPS. You will receive an email with all tracking information provided.
For all customers ordering from outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.
